Lying there alone in the moments after giving birth, not knowing why her heartbeat was suddenly 260 bpm, wondering what came next, was something that not even I — a trained hypnotherapist, mindset coach, and meditation pro — knew how to handle.

 

Whether it’s your own health, the safety of your baby, or both — the experience of having a complicated birth is one of the most vulnerable moments of your life.

In that moment, I’ve never been more grateful for my daily practices. They helped me navigate her heart condition, the hospital stays, and all the anxiety about her future. Honestly, they were my saving grace from experiencing full-blown postpartum anxiety and depression.

I’ve never meditated before, is Calm Mama still for me?

Absolutely! Calm Mama is designed for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Our sessions are easy to follow and tailored to fit into the busiest of schedules. You don’t need any prior experience to get started—just a willingness to give yourself the time and space to relax and heal.

 

What is hypnosis and how does it work?

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation that we all enter into - like when you take a shower or drive a car and your mind naturally drifts. Hypnosis reprograms your subconscious mind, the place where you store old habits and are capable of forming healthier responses to stress. You stay fully in control the whole time—hypnosis is simply a tool to help you become relaxed to process deeper repressed emotions, shift your belief systems, and regulate your nervous system. It’s pretty incredible.

When and how will get access to Calm Mama?

You will receive access to Calm Mama immediately! Upon checkout, you will be asked to create a login and will receive an email with your link to access Calm Mama shortly after purchase. We recommend following the prompts to add it to your home screen for easy access. 

Can I cancel and get a refund?

While Calm Mama is not a replacement for professional medical treatment, many moms have found that our audios help ease, significantly lessen, or resolve the symptoms of postpartum depression and anxiety.
